Bluesky Turf completes training ground for US Military utilizing state of the art synthetic turf and rubberized track system

florida training groundsThe turf system for the training grounds is our Ultra Fiber M product designed for sport caliber facilities and durability. Knowing the turf would receive heavy repetitive foot-traffic, our Ultra Fiber M series product was the right product for the military and newly renovated training grounds. The project took just under one week to complete and included ground work designs, drainage and a robust turf and track system.

Most military training grounds have various obstacle courses that simulate combat scenarios and test upper body strength as well as endurance. Our synthetic turf system designed for military training applications helps to reduce fatigue, impact-injury, and overall training ground maintenance.

TrainingThe rubberized track is used as a running and warm up area prior to the obstacle course. The track is made from bound EPDM rubber and is designed to reduce foot fatigue and impact on servicemen. Our track building abilities can be custom altered to fit the need of our client…simply not every running track is built to break world records and where a firm running track is not conducive to athletes in motion and training. Training and competition are very different requirements and most athletes spend 90% of time in training, not competition.
